# What is the frequency of HubSpot analytics updates?
### **Every 40 Minutes**
These metrics update approximately every 40 minutes:
- Dashboard analytics (e.g. page views, sessions, form views/submissions)
- Landing page, website page, and blog data
- CTA (call-to-action) views, clicks, and submissions
- Form analytics
- Sources report (sessions, contacts, customers)
- Event completions
- Prospects data
- Email stats (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, etc.
**Every 5 Minutes**
- **Social media clicks and interactions** update within five minutes of an interaction.
### **Custom Reports**
- Reports built using the **custom report builder** refresh **automatically every two hours**.
- You can **manually refresh** a report or dashboard **once every 15 minutes**.
